Brad Bird
Brad Bird has directed and animated over 8 Disney films, and has won an Academy Award. He created his first animation, "The Tortoise and the Hare" when he was only 11, and sent it to Disney. Disney guaranteed him a job in animation if he pursued his dream, and so he did.
